We have to use this app for our class and it has repeatedly caused me to lose points because it crashes, needs me to update, or needs me to sign in during quizes. Pick up your game iclicker.

Blatant money grab software.

I downloaded this app because I recently lost my physical Iclicker and thought that I could use the app just like a regular Iclicker. You cant. You can only use the app if your professor has made a class on the Iclicker website. None of my professors have done this. The app should work just like the normal clicker that can pick up an Iclicker base and simply answers multiple choice questions. The app is overly complicated and therefore useless.

I really like this over the physical remote in that it I can take time to think about the question knowing I have a copy of it to refer back to later.

Didnt think it could be worse than the original, but REEF outdid itself. Rarely able to connect, and if it does, it lags showing the question until after the polling is closed. When trying to show the next question, it disconnects from the session entirely. Doesnt allow zooming of whats on the screen (so its pretty much useless if youre on an iPhone). Though the web browser is also terrible, it actually lets you get in 1-2 answers before disconnecting. Beware of using this app when your professors use it for attendance-based points. Youll get a zero.

Unless you have full service or magical wifi, this app WILL NOT ever work. Dont waste your time.

The app is okay, freezes up sometimes and it lags a bit when you try to submit and answer, so hopefully your teacher leaves the question up for a long time. Also, once your trial is over you have to buy. What is difficult is that you have to get on iTunes, then load money on iTunes, then finally go back to your Reef account, log back into your iTunes, and can finally buy it. It would be so much easier to just write up a credit card directly from the app.

I originally thought this app was alright because I didnt have any problems until I had to renew my subscription. I did all that but after paying for the subscription, my app would not work. It does not let me continue using it and it just brings me back to "renew subscription". Please give me back my money if youre not going to work. Dont waste my time.

The app worked great until I tried to buy a six month subscription. It charged $10 to my account and still doesnt work, and keeps telling me to buy another subscription. Dont waste your money or stress on this.

i rarely understand why we need to pay for these kind if stuff since we pay bucks buying iclicker.

Works alright, however it does not run as a background app. So everytime you switch over to another app it logs you out!

I dont see why this cant work just like an iclicker where we can toon into a frequency.. Thought this would be useful for if I forgot the clicker but nope you have to search for your class and most of them arent even there

I use this app for chemistry and physics classes. I am required to by the teachers of the courses. I certainly wouldnt pay for it voluntarily. The app logs you out of the current session youre in if you leave the app or if the iPhone goes to sleep. If your teacher gives you 5 seconds to input an answer, youre screwed. I contacted iClicker about these problems. Their solutions were to never leave the app and never let your screen turn off, or to use the website on your laptop instead. It wouldnt be so bad if it was all free, but they charge for each subscription and renewal. Its an awful app run by company that doesnt seem interested in making a good one, and were forced to use it and pay for it.

How long is the free trial?

The reef polling app is TRULY AWFUL. Every time I open the app it shuts off. Obviously it is incapable of functioning like it says it will.

When did the subscription come into play? Dont agree Ive been using it without having to purchase anything

This is the worst app I have ever used. When my classmates and I, about 30 of us, open this app it immediately closes. It doesnt work and hasnt worked all quarter.
